How it is calculated

Each day, take the 50 largest coins by market cap, leaving out stablecoins and wrapped, staked and tokenised assets. Count how many rose more than Bitcoin over the previous 90 days. The index is that share, from 0 to 100.

Ranks are real from Sep 16, 2026. Before that, a coin's past market cap is estimated as its price that day times its supply today, so older values are an estimate. The history starts on Jan 19, 2021, the first day with at least 40 coins to count.

Questions
